7:00     Wake-up, shower, get ready

7:30     Read selection from Thich Nhat Hanh How to Eat, listen to “Eating Meditation” from Plum Village App

8:00     Breakfast – practice mindful eating

8:30     Read or listen to “How to Meditate” from Lion’s Roar:  Buddhist Wisdom for Our Time, practice meditation – 10 minutes

9:00     Free time for reflection, journaling, art response, movement

10:00   Read selection from Thich Nhat Hanh How to Sit, practice meditation - 10 minutes

10:30   Recorded Teaching and response time for reflection, journaling, art, movement

11:30   Read selection from Thich Nhat Hanh How to Walk, listen to “Walking Meditation” from Plum Village App, practice walking meditation - 10 minutes (outdoors if possible)

12:00   Lunch - practice mindful eating

12:30   Guided relaxation

1:00     Free time for reflection, journaling, art response, movement, rest, snack

3:00     Listen to “How to Use Guided Meditations” from the Plum Village App, guided meditation – 10 minutes

4:00     Spiritual Companioning Session

5:00     Free time for reflection, journaling, art response, movement

6:00     Dinner – practice mindful eating

6:30     Closing practice of meditation either walking or sitting - 10 minutes
